As Director of Sales with G-Force, Promotions, LLC, Mr. Fields spearheads the company vision and direction by creating a business plan for a diverse advertising agency and independent rep firm providing automobile dealerships with high-impact marketing campaigns and sales promotions.      Experience Highlights:

  • Served as retained advertising agency for Bill Scott Buick GMC, and Premier Lincoln Mercury, and developed marketing campaigns for Northwestern Dodge.

  • Acknowledged as a top sales leader for Just Automotive - A Dominion Enterprises Company, focusing on turnkey marketing programs, customer retention strategies and continued revenue growth for franchise auto dealerships.
  • Served as successful agent for Newgen Results Corporation, capturing 21% share of Georgia territory in promotion of database marketing and dealer CRM solutions. Additionally, he built client trust and confidence with exceptional service to reduce client cancelations by 30%.

  • Served as District Sales Manager with Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America, of Cypress, CA, where he bridged the gap between manufacturer and dealership vision to increase district retail sales performance 47% in a three-state Western territory, and as District Sales Manager for Chrysler Corporation of Auburn Hills, MI, where he designed profitable client-centric growth strategies while managing costs and financial risk which achieved 156% of sales objective for vehicle truck sales and earned recognition as an Outstanding Performer.

  •  As Senior Account Manager for Ameritech in Detroit, Mr. Fields introduced new technology and led the global sales organization to achieve 118% of goals in a short sales cycle including significant growth of voice / data services and major video conferencing bids. He identified key revenue drivers, developed new business initiatives and energized a sales team of eight, earning Chrysler’s Gold Penatastar Award, the highest preferred supplier honor. He was recognized for resurrecting a past Chrysler charity event with video conferencing technology as innovative marketing plan to strategically position Ameritech products in core business.
  • Additionally, he pioneered the Business Development Manager position for WorkPlace Integrators, Inc. of Bingham Farms, Michigan, to drive change and guide development of new business in the Michigan market with focus on deepening C-level alliances and increasing market share with Fortune 500 accounts. During his tenure, he captured $6.2M in new revenue within education, government, retail and automotive industries and expanded relationship with Ford, GM and Chrysler by broadening levels of service.
  • Mr. Fields orchestrated sales development programs for franchise automobile dealerships throughout the Southeast USA as Regional Director for Autobytel.com of Irvine, CA. He helped dealers launch Internet sales departments, and provide a Lead- Generation service. 
  • He earned his Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology / Psychology (Athletic Scholarship) from the University of Detroit where he was a member of NCAA basketball tournament team. Standing 6'5" tall, he subsequently earned a contract to play professional basketball in Brussels, Belgium and was the winner of the Euro Cup Slam Dunk Championship. He received a invitation to try out for professional football with the Dallas Cowboys.
